Warm-Up


Glove Work (10 minutes)

Backboards from Knee x20

Pancake/Barehand Short Hops from Knee (Front & Each Side) x25


Foot Work (10 minutes)

  • Cone Triangle Drill with Partner: Set 3 cones in a triangle (4 ft apart). Shuffle around cones and field a rolled ball at each station. Repeat 4x.

  • Quarterback Drill


Ground Balls (15 minutes)

  • Coach Rolls

  • Coach 1-Hops

  • Fungo


Outfield Tracking Work (15 minutes)

  • Barehand from Knee with Partner

  • Running Bare Hands with Coach

  • Running with Glove with Coach


Homework | Day 1 & 2

Hands - Tennis Ball Barehanded Short Hops from knee 10 minutes

Feet - Round the Ball Mock Fielding 10 minutes

Both - Barehand tennis ball reactions off wall 10 minutes
