COACH AJ STENTO

Coach AJ Stento has dedicated his life to the game of baseball, growing up, playing, and coaching throughout the greater Philadelphia region. A standout athlete at Pope John Paul II High School, he graduated in 2018 after setting the school record for lowest single-season ERA and capturing the PAC-10 Batting Title his senior year. He continued his playing career at Daytona State (JUCO) before transferring to Wilmington University, where he finished Top 20 in the nation in Saves and played a key role in winning the 2022 conference championship.
Coach Stento began coaching in 2020 and has since worked with players ages 8–23 across multiple levels of the game. His experience includes serving as Head Coach of Morgantown High School’s (WV) Fall Program and working on the staff at West Virginia University during their record-setting 2023 and 2024 seasons. He is entering his second year as the Pitching Coach at Chestnut Hill College and currently serves as the Pitching Director at Total Skills Sports Academy.
